minus-square@MagneticFusion@lemm.eelinkfedilink6•2 years agoLinux Mint is based on Ubuntu but gets rid of a lot of the stuff that makes Ubuntu bad. Its UI is also extremely similar to that of Windows and is widely known to be the best beginner or the best “just works” distro.
use Linux Mint instead
