Let’s Encrypt’s certbot allows you to setup a script to be run after acquiring the certificate. No cron job needed.

Please note that if you do this then some older devices will stop working. (cough Cisco cough)

It seems EA / Respawn have begun another little ban wave. Linux / Steam Deck players are getting caught in it. Hopefully the bans will once again be overturned.
